Madhubala has spent over two decades working in the apparel export industry. There, she has built a remarkable career with well-known companies such as Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd. and Textile Sourcing and Services Pvt. Ltd. Her roles in merchandising and management exposed her to international markets. It gave her the chance and exposure to work closely with worldwide clients. Over the years, she learned how important adaptability and clear decision-making are in shaping a successful career, the lessons she now wants to share with students.

Her interest in career counselling grew as she noticed how often young people struggle to connect their skills with the right opportunities. While industries continue to evolve at a fast pace, students are often left overwhelmed about which direction to take. Wanting to make a difference, Madhubala pursued the Global Career Counsellor program by Univariety. Now, as a Certified Career Counsellor, she brings together her years of corporate experience with her passion for guiding students.
